  • As a not for profit organisation, we have a special arrangement which allows our employees to pay for some of their everyday living expenses out of their wages before tax is deducted. This increases the amount of money you get to take home from your wages and reduces the amount of income tax you pay.

  • Our Workplace Banking Program provides our employees with the opportunity to access special banking discounts and offers. The program also provides financial wellness seminars and education as well as access to a range of retail and travel discounts.

  • We have partnered with a health insurance provider to give our employees discounts on their private health insurance. Members also receive special offers, retail discounts, free flu vaccinations and more.

  • We have a range of available shifts and work locations across the Perth metropolitan area. We are able to consider requests for flexible working arrangements in line with operational requirements.

  • We’ve partnered with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider to allow our employees, and their immediate family members, access to a free and confidential counselling service. Our EAP provides support to employees on a range of different of topics including anxiety, family problems, stress management, conflict, anger management and sleep difficulties. Our EAP can also provide confidential advice to our managers to support them in managing their teams.

We have set up special groups for areas such as employee appreciation, job vacancies and employee benefits and we will be setting up more groups in the future based on employee feedback.
