  • As a not for profit organisation, we have a special arrangement which allows our employees to pay for some of their everyday living expenses out of their wages before tax is deducted. This increases the amount of money you get to take home from your wages and reduces the amount of income tax you pay.

  • Our Workplace Banking Program provides our employees with the opportunity to access special banking discounts and offers. The program also provides financial wellness seminars and education as well as access to a range of retail and travel discounts.

Our EAP provides support to employees on a range of different of topics including anxiety, family problems, stress management, conflict, anger management and sleep difficulties. Our EAP can also provide confidential advice to our managers to support them in managing their teams.
