Dear Customer

You received a letter in February advising of some changes to the pricing structure of all travel and transport services provided by Ability Centre.

I am writing to update you on the latest news regarding our new “Travel Policy and Charges”.

As you may be aware, NDIS introduced prices for the delivery of travel and transport services for all NDIS customers in 2020. 

Ability Centre has delayed the implementation of these charges until we fully understood how these prices would be calculated and the impact on our customers.

This approach has enabled Ability Centre to both clarify and minimise the travel and transport charges that will be applied across our services.

I can now confirm that the new travel and transport charges will be introduced from June 1st.

I will be sending you in advance details of the planned changes in May so that you have time should you want to contact us with any questions you may have, before charging commences.

We will, of course, continue to provide our tailored transport services to all those locations where you currently receive them.
