Dear Customer
Following the most recent update from WA Premier Mark McGowan, we are pleased to let you know that from 12:01 am Sunday 14 February 2021, all our services will return to pre-lockdown conditions.
From Sunday, masks are no longer mandatory on any of Ability Centre’s sites.
All employees, including supported employees attending their usual place of work are required to continue using the SafeWA app or registration form. Our wellness and temperature checks will continue.
External visitors are now permitted at Ability Centre’s accommodation homes and other sites. All must continue to use the SafeWA app and/or registration form, have their temperatures checked, and our wellness check.
Our Supported Independent Living homes will continue with pre-booked three hour visits.
Our Therapy Hubs will re-open on Monday 15 February 2021 and face-to-face and group services will resume.
Our Opportunities program and Respite care will also resume from Monday 15 February 2021.
All employees and customers are required to continue to adhere to regular hygiene and social distancing practices. Please take care of yourself and stay at home if you are unwell.
On behalf of everyone at Ability Centre, I would like to thank our community for their hard work over the last two weeks to keep WA safe. If you have any questions please call 1300 106 106 or email info@ability centre.com.au
Yours sincerely
