Your plan for COVID-19

Your plan for COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has thrown many challenges in our paths, and it can be overwhelming not knowing how to prepare for situations that might happen.

You don’t have to prepare alone – we’re with you.

We have developed a COVID-19 Customer Plan, a tool designed to bring all your information and preferences together to ensure you are prepared for any situation.

A member of the Ability WA team will be in touch with you over the next few weeks to discuss the COVID-19 Customer Plan and check-in to see how you’re going.

Our approach to COVID-19

We’re planning for COVID-19 too – to make sure that we can continue to provide you with services in a safe environment.

We’re taking steps to minimise the transmission of COVID-19, preparing to respond to COVID cases within our services, and planning how we will manage outbreaks.

We’ve outlined these steps in COVID-19: Our Approach, which you can download below.
