From April 1, our Coolbinia customer reception will move. It is now called the Coolbinia Customer Hub and Reception, and will be your first point of contact when you arrive on site.  

 

These changes improve accessibility for everyone on site - the Coolbinia Customer Hub and Reception is well connected with onsite facilities and also provides enhanced customer engagement rooms, all set up for customer appointments.  

 

As always, our team will be there to welcome you and assist with your visit. 

 
Visitor Parking 

 
Visitor parking has also moved to outside the Coolbinia Customer Hub and Reception. It is now located on the second left turn as you enter the carpark. New signage will be in place across the site to help guide you. 

 

Please see our site map to familiarise yourself with the updated layout before your visit.  

 
As a reminder, please observe the 8km speed limit on site - it’s there for the safety of everyone.
