Notice to Members  - Change of external auditor

As required by a direction of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), Members are hereby notified that Ernst and Young of 11 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA, have resigned as external auditors of Ability Centre Australasia Ltd (ACN 057 702 959) after having undertaken that role for a five year period. Following a formal tender process, KPMG of 235 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA, have been selected and have provided their consent to act as external auditor commencing the financial year ending 30 June 2023.
