Social work services that support your wellbeing this holiday season
Social work services support physical and mental wellbeing all year round including during the holiday season. This time of year can be more difficult for some as usual routines and supports may be interrupted.
This year we’re offering customers the opportunity to book a quick 15-minute check-in via telehealth with a qualified social worker, who is ready to listen and provide support. They can help you connect with various services, events and other valuable resources that can support your wellbeing now and into the future.
This can include:
- Building their capacity to communicate their needs
- Exploring their identity, goals and motivations
- Connecting them with services and resources
- Empowering self-management
- And much more!
Contact info@abilitywa.com.au or call 1300 106 106 to learn more and schedule a check-in.
