Defining Quality Together

Defining Quality Together at Ability WA

At Ability WA, we’ve been delivering high-quality services for more than 75 years. We know that quality can mean different things to different people and that’s why we are taking the time to listen, reflect, and define what quality truly looks and feels like across our organisation.

Over the past month, our Home & Living customers joined a series of Defining Quality Workshops, facilitated by Kelly Smitham from Ignis Consulting. These sessions sparked rich conversations and thoughtful reflections about what high-quality service means to the people who matter most - our customers and their families.

The insights gathered will play a vital role in shaping Ability WA’s quality goals, role clarity, and governance frameworks. By building a shared understanding of quality, we’re laying the foundations for practices that ensure every person connected to Ability WA, from customers, families, our people to leaders; can contribute to achieving it.
