Our MTA service provides temporary accommodation in luxury, single-tenancy SDA apartments located in the heart of Murdoch.

Thoughtfully designed to support independence, these apartments feature an open plan design, ample natural light and have been equipped with accessible features to meet high physical support needs. Plus, it’s great location within Murdoch Square means cafes, shops, public transport and medical amenities are never far away.

Who can access MTA? 

• Need short-term support to live independently.  
• Can’t stay in their current home.  
• Have a long-term housing plan in place.  
• Are transitioning from hospital or rehab.  
• Are waiting for their new home to become available.
