Anthea chose to attend the 13th Annual Pain Society of Alberta Conference 2020, with the aim of further developing her knowledge and skills in the area of chronic pain management. The conference included presentations and workshops from leading health professionals.

Anthea commented, “I enjoyed the conference and meeting the other 400 health professionals also passionate about this area. Not only was the conference incredible but so was the scenery including the snow, mountains and turquoise lakes! I hope to share the information I acquired with other Ability Centre staff members at a professional development opportunity in the future.”
