Call for applications
The Joe Michell Award is open to all Ability Centre customers aged 16 – 25, who are looking for financial support to access education or employment through university, tafe, online courses, short courses or life/business/career coaching.
Awards of up to $10,000 per person are available for use in 2020.
How do I apply?
Tell us how and why this award would positively impact your life as an adult.
Applications will be accepted in writing, or via audio/video files.
Your application should also include a written reference from someone who knows you well (such as a teacher, a therapist or a mentor) and a quote or invoice from the organisation delivering your course.
Applications open Monday 21 October 2019 and close 5pm on Friday 15 November 2019.
Winners will be announce at the Joe Michelle Award event on 3 December.
