Thank you!

Anastasia is cheeky and bright as a button. She also has cerebral palsy, and absence-seizures make her fall over up to thirty times a day.

The COVID-19 pandemic devastated the supply and delivery of support equipment into Western Australia, meaning children like Anastasia did not have access to equipment to help their development.

Anastasia now has a set of customised non-slip steps, enabling Anastasia to wash her hands in the family bathroom and participate safely in activities within the household.

Thanks to your support, Ability WA is able to purchase equipment like these steps to build an equipment library, so children and families don’t have long waits for the equipment they need. After all, our children grow up so fast – they don’t have time to wait!

Thank you for your ongoing support. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of West Australian families.
