Intensives

Boxing Group
Get ready for an active and fun kickboxing training group for children and adolescents looking for an opportunity to get fit over school holidays in an interactive training session.
The group is led by a physiotherapist and a boxing trainer in a modern community gym, and will get your heart pumping and help build your confidence.

Trail Blazers
A fun and interactive group that assists children in learning and developing the necessary skills for bike riding. Aimed at children of all ages learning to ride with trainer wheels, transitioning to no trainer wheels or developing higher level bike riding skills
Encourage development of balance, steering, braking, dismounting, road safety and endurance. Appropriate for learning to ride with/without trainer wheels
as well as more advanced bike riding skills

Move 'n' Groove
Put on your dancing shoes, keep active and learn how to boogie to the music.
Move and Groove is a dance group lead by a physiotherapist to encourage physical activity in a musical environment while learning some groovy new dance moves. This is a group for children aged 5-9 years old who want to have fun, learn together and strut their stuff!

Sports Skills
A group focusing on sport-based skills (throwing, catching and mobility) with general fitness games.
Aimed at children 5-10 years old. Ideal for helping to increase participation and confidence in sports based activities.

A fun and interactive exercise group with a focus on improving core strength and balance, body awareness and whole body control.

Drama Club
Drama Club is an exciting opportunity for school age individuals to use drama-based activities to develop their social skills and communication in a fun, creative way.
Participants of Drama Club will get the opportunity to work together in a pressure free environment, to practice performing scripts and creating their own sketches with the potential to perform their work at the end of the group. No previous drama experience is required! However, individual needs to be able to follow simple instructions and communicate verbally.
